Terms of Service

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Some parts of the Services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at contact@webuildtech.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Services may evolve over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, and we may suspend or stop the Services (in whole or part) where required for security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or disruptive content;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code (except where prohibited by law).

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, upload, or otherwise provide through the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant WeBuildTech a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services and to comply with legal obligations.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide Customer Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, are owned by WeBuildTech or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services. WeBuildTech is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement between you and WeBuildTech.

If you are on a trial or pilot, trial limitations may apply (e.g., usage caps, feature limits, or time limits).

You may receive non-public information about WeBuildTech or the Services. You agree to protect such information and use it only to evaluate or use the Services as permitted. Additional confidentiality obligations may apply under a separate agreement (e.g., NDA).

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBuildTech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WeBuildTech does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBuildTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBuildTech’s total liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to WeBuildTech for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or INR 10,000 if you have not paid anything), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeBuildTech from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from (a) your use of the Services, (b) your Customer Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts located in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
